Our meat looks better, tastes better, and keeps fresh longer as a result of our team’s relentless focus in every minute of every day, on making premium products that are superior and distinct. Our focus on the 3 C’s, Calm, Clean, & Cold, is what leads to a great product.
Cleanliness
We invested in building unique and proven methods, that produce an exceptionally clean product. Our three-step scalding system uses scrubber brushes, high pressure hot water, and a steam cabinet. We call this our Purity Pathway and there’s nothing else like it, anywhere.
Attention to Deatail
We are careful at Spectrum Preferred Meats, to ensure our products are as cold as we can get them, as fast as we can, but without ever freezing them. Our specialized coolers are designed to quickly chill our products, to enhance quality and increase shelf life. We do this to lock in the beautiful color and ensure that the meat’s structure never breaks down.
